What you need

• A quiet, private room where you will not be interrupted.
• A device with a working camera and microphone.
• Stable internet — a wired or strong Wi-Fi connection.
• Government-issued photo ID.
• Any relevant paperwork (test result, DER contact, prior records).

How the appointment runs

1. You receive a secure video link before the appointment.
2. At the start, you confirm your identity by holding up your ID to the camera.
3. The evaluation runs 60–90 minutes — the same structured clinical interview as in-person.
4. After the appointment, we send our recommendation to your DER within a few business days.

Common concerns

• "Will my employer accept it?" Yes — telehealth SAP evaluations that meet DOT requirements are accepted the same as in-person.
• "What if my connection drops?" We reconnect. If a technical issue prevents completion, we reschedule at no cost.
